PTSB is committed to develop the students’ potential towards excellence in engineering and commerce through the continuous enhancement. PTSB strives to ensure that the customer needs are fulfilled through the achievement of the quality objectives that is being revised continuously to ensure the effectiveness of the system. The above mentioned policy is circulated to be understood by staffs at all level.
|Objectives of Quality|
||- Ensure that the approval rate for each course not less than 90% for each semester.
- Strive to ensure that at least 25% of students who pass reached 3:00 or greater GPA for each course for each semester.
- To ensure that all staff attend courses or training for 7 days per year.
||- To ensure that all procedures is effectively implemented or achieved the key performance indicator that has been set.|
